4PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
What is the cutoff time for canceling a payment?
4PM EST the same business day that the payment was scheduled to send.
When are the funds debited from my account?
Between 5PM and 6PM EST.
Can I use External Transfers with all of my RFCU accounts?
No, you can only use checking and savings accounts – not Money Market accounts.
Can I transfer funds internationally?
No, you can only transfer to your accounts within the United States.
