Expenses stack up. Income drops off. There are any number of good reasons why members might need some financial relief. Depending on what type of loan you have with Arise Financial FKA Rockland Federal Credit Union, we may be able to arrange for you to skip a monthly payment.

• Eligible loans include Arise Financial consumer loans :
     o Must have at least a $1 balance in your Arise Financial share savings or checking account
     o Loan payment cannot currently be made by any credit insurance
     o If you purchased GAP insurance on your auto loan, processing a Skip-A-Payment may alter your GAP payout
• A Skip-A-Payment request form should be submitted at least 10 days prior to your payment’s due date.
     o Complete the form online, drop it off at one of our locations, or mail it to 250 Royall St., Suite 201W, Canton, MA 02021
• If you wish to skip a payment on more than one loan, you must submit one form per eligible loan.
• We will contact you only if your request is denied.
