Traveling with your RFCU Debit/Visa Card

Are you planning to travel? Make sure you notify us in advance so that you do not experience an interruption in service.

A primary focus of Rockland Federal Credit Union is to protect our members from fraud and unauthorized debits.  As such, we have put measures in place to monitor and block certain debit card transactions. If you are traveling, whether it be out of state, or out of the country, please take a moment to notify us at least 48 hours in advance.  All international and some out-of-state transactions are blocked for your protection.  Notifying us of your travel plans will allow us to remove the blocks, so that you do not experience an interruption in service while traveling.

If you are experiencing an issue performing a signature transaction, you may attempt the transaction using your PIN (Personal Identification Number).

Our transaction processors also monitor your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You may receive a call from them to verify a purchase, even if you have notified us of your plans to travel.  Remember - our processors will NEVER ask for your PIN or three digit CVV code, located on the back of your card.
