Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Cards

If your ATM or MasterMoney Debit Card has been lost or stolen, follow these easy steps immediately:

During regular business hours - Call 781-878-0232 or 800-562-7328 extension 105 to report your card missing or stolen. We will place a block on the card and re-issue you a new card.

After Hours - Call 800-264-5578 and follow the automated instructions.  If the system is down please contact the credit union at one of the numbers above on the next business day.

Our transaction processors also monitor your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may receive a call from them to verify a purchase, even though you have notified us of your travel plans. Remember, our processors will never ask for your PIN or three digit CVV code, located on the back of your card. If you need to reach them after normal business hours please call 866-842-5208 if traveling domestically, or 412-552-2697 if traveling internationally for debit cards. If you are using your RFCU Visa card, please call 800-369-4887.
