About Cookies

There are two types of cookies PERSISTENT and SESSION. Persistent cookies expire on a specific future date; Session cookies expire once the session has ended. The use of cookies within Online Banking is necessary for security and is therefore required to access the system. Our use of cookies is for user authentication only.

Minimum Browser Requirements

The minimum requirements are Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, Netscape 4.7 or higher, and AOL 6.0. This is based on Windows 98, NT, 2000, and MAC. We currently do not support Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape 6.0 or WebTV.

Determining Your Browser Version

In Microsoft Internet Explorer, click on Help, then on About Internet Explorer. Click here to upgrade to a newer version of Explorer now.

In Netscape Navigator, click on Help, then on About Netscape Navigator. Click here to upgrade to a newer version of Navigator now.

In America Online's Web Browser, click on Help, then on About America Online.

How To Clear Cache

Internet Explorer 5.0
Clear Cache/Delete Temporary Internet Files:

1. Click on TOOLS.
2. Select INTERNET OPTIONS
3. Under the heading TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES click on the button DELETE FILES.
4. Click on OK until completely exited from options.

Internet Explorer 4.0
Clear Cache/Delete Temporary Internet Files:

1. Click on VIEW, INTERNET OPTIONS.
2. Choose the GENERAL tab.
3. Choose DELETE FILES under the TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES heading.
4. Click OK until exited completely from options.

Netscape Communicator 4.5
Clear Cache/Delete Temporary Internet Files:

1. Click on EDIT.
2. Select PREFERENCES.
3. Double click on ADVANCED.
4. Click on CACHE.
5. Click on the button marked CLEAR MEMORY CACHE.
6. Click on OK.
7. Click on the button marked CLEAR DISK CACHE.
8. Click on OK.
9. Click on OK until exited completely from preferences.

America Online 4.0
Clear Cache/Delete Temporary Internet Files:

1. From MEMBERS menu, choose PREFERENCES.
2. Click on WWW button.
3. Scroll down to TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES.
4. Click on DELETE FILES.
5. Click on OK until exited completely from options.
