For fastest service, please include the following information with your application:
- A copy of your deed
- A copy of your most recent real estate tax bill showing the assessed value of your property
- A copy of your most recent mortgage statement showing the outstanding balance on your mortgage loan
- A copy of your most recent pay stub, if you are salaried
- If you are self-employed, you are using rental or other non-employment income to qualify, please include copies of your last two years' completed, signed tax returns
